My unique specialty is that I enjoy bundling health and wellness services based on your bio-individuality. We are all unique inside and out and I will show you how to personalize nutrition and biomechanics to YOUR needs. Perhaps a friend of yours lost a bunch of weight on one particular diet, but when you tried it, the results were minimal at best? That's because every BODY is different. I work with you to help you discover your bio-individuality. There is something that will work for you – the trick is finding it.
I LOVE FOOD and I love to eat good, nutrient dense, quality food. Life is to short to eat boring tasteless food. Eating healthy whole foods is not a DIET but a lifestyle. And if I'm not willing to change my eating habits why would I ask you to, so join me on this healthy, wholefoods adventure. I’ll show you how sticking to real food (that makes you feel really great) and cutting out processed junk (that makes you feel like junk) can be simple, fun, delicious, and healing, all at the same time! I love sharing and teaching people how to live happier and healthier lives, plus how to heal and thrive with real food to elevate your experience to greater health and well- being.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase your energy or just get healthy, I will take you on a guided experience that will help you create lifelong healthy habits. You will be on an adventure of self-discovery, learning and connecting to the path of greater health and well-being.
Where do I start?
The first step is for you to schedule a FREE "Discovery Call" with me. This call allows me to get some general information about you and your health goals. It also helps me to determine if I am a good fit for you and if you are a good fit for me. Once we establish if I can help and if your are truly ready for a lifestyle transformation then we move on to the next step.
After the discovery call I have you do a specialized Health Assessment. I created this assessment tool so you and I could identify exactly where you are at with regards to your current state and goals. The best part? You can take this assessment after working together and see how much you have progressed!
Now the good stuff. In my practice I work in small online groups of individuals who want to lose weight, increase energy and get healthy. I chose to do small online group sessions because it allows me to efficiently use my time to help as many people possible. I find that in a group setting of like minded individuals, my clients tend to do much better in reaching their goals because of the support and comroderry. I offer quick 7 day jumpstart challenges, 30 and 60 day challenges and soon 3 and 6 month intensives.
